TEN IMAGES OF INSPIRATION : (PINTEREST) PARTIES.

Let me tell you, I don't what I have gotten myself into. Within the next three weeks, I have three different parties I'll be hosting at my house, all in honor of friends and family. As much as I love hosting, I must say, I am rather overwhelmed. But thanks to the usual inspiration that Pinterest gives me, I am at least quite filled with creative ideas for my upcoming occasions. Wish me luck!

THE TAILORS.

Currently in love with: yet another gorgeous workshop tour from Jennifer Causey's Makers Project. This time she features Chris and Lindsay of Stanley & Sons, a couple who tailor aprons and bags in Brooklyn. I think I'm going to be a very busy bee next time I visit New York. I'll admit that I have done plenty of it the past few days. Portland has been getting a lot of much-anticipated sunshine, and to me that means sundresses and cold beer out in the backyard. And it's one of those aspects of summer that I am looking mighty forward to soaking in.

TOUGHER THAN NAILS...

...this tote is, that is. I don't know what exactly it is, but I'm rather in love with it and want it to be my everyday bag of choice. ($70)

INTERIOR INSPIRATION : DARK DINING.

Shh... I have a new paint project in the works. Dark dining rooms just get my heart all aflutter.
